As an art therapy major in college, Anelé has always been passionate about the power of healing whether it is through her art or massage. She is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westborough Ma. She specializes in hot stone and Therapeutic (Deep Tissue) Massage, as well as integrating neuromuscular, myofacial, and positional release techniques into her massages. Having grown up in both Costa Rica and Martha’s Vineyard she has developed a love of the ocean enjoying fishing, paddle boarding, sailing and surfing. She also practices yoga regularly.
Tiffany is a 2005 graduated from the Salter School. Having 10 years of experience, she has specialized in all techniques of massage, and has a passion for Deep Tissue. Although Tiffany is a tiny woman, she has very strong hands. She is very intuitive and loves her work, which comes through in every massage she does. She especially loves working on chronic back, neck and shoulder issues.
Mandy is a graduate of The Massage School of Boston, Massachusetts. She gives a relaxing and nurturing massage using long, slow, soothing Swedish techniques while also applying deep tissue work to areas of tension. It was pain from an accident that led Mandy to seek out massage as a healing practice. She has become more aware of her body since then and wants to help her clients get in touch with their own healing abilities. Mandy believes massage is a healing art, a way to better one’s physical health and mental well-being. Mandy looks for meaningful connections in her everyday life. For her, providing therapeutic massage is one of the most important ways she connects with others. In her free time, Mandy is usually outside biking, hiking, skiing, or swimming and taking in the natural beauty around her.
Beth Hill, LMT, graduated from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, Worcester. Beth specializes in Therapeutic (Deep Tissue) Massage, including myofascial and trigger point work. She is certified in Orthopedic massage. (This is a specialized 100-hour course.) Orthopedic massage combines techniques to address specific orthopedic conditions. She also practices Swedish relaxation, and pre-natal. She is committed to massage as a method of stress reduction and catalyst for healing. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Her hobbies include yoga, skiing, and hiking with her dog.
Heather has been actively involved in bodywork for almost 10 years. Drawing from a variety of styles including sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal, and proprioceptive stretching, she is able to listen deeper to her clients’ needs and tailor each session to the individual. She has worked in a range of settings from Spas to Chiropractic offices and with clients varying from professional athletes to marathoners, expectant mothers, and people experiencing chronic and acute pain. Heather understands the incredible benefits of massage therapy and works to achieve body awareness and increase range of motion. As a therapist, Heather creates a safe and inviting space allowing her clients a balanced mind and body experience. In addition to her massage practice, Heather is a certified yoga instructor through the Boston Yoga School. There, Heather was introduced to Nicole Clark with whom she has studied closely with for the past year delving deeper into the intricacies of the human body, its physiological responses, and healing abilities. Heather has completed The Power of Touch mentorship with Nicole and continues to study under her.
Erin LoPorto, IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500 found her home in yoga the moment she first practiced in 2001. She experienced such personal healing and transformation over the years from the 8-limbed path that she has felt inspired to pass the knowledge on. Yoga is not only her passion but her full time profession. Erin completed a two-year internship at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health where she was able to study with world leaders in the fields of yoga, Ayurveda, energy healing, meditation and the mind-body connection. She is certified teacher of Kripalu Yoga, PranaFlow and TriYoga Therapy. Having collected over 1000 hours of training in Yoga Therapy, Erin was one of the first Yoga Therapists Certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and has been a practitioner since 2012. She is also a talented bodyworker holding Reiki I and II, Multi-Dimensional Transformational Healer and Lotus Palm Thai Yoga Massage certifications. Additionally, Erin studied somatic expressive therapy through the Leven Institute and has a particular interest in trauma treatment. She has been teaching yoga at Walden Behavioral Care for Eating Disorders since 2013 and Revolution Community Yoga since it first opened in 2012. To her classes, yoga therapy and bodywork, Erin brings a playful, intuitive and compassionate spirit. Her classes range from powerful yoga flows to the still style of yin and restorative yoga. She offers clear instruction and options for everyone. Her bodywork is made of powerfully deep tissue work and an intuitive energetic touch. Her private sessions unfold organically to meet the needs of each individual. Her expertise and approach to her work come from deep within and you cannot help but feel spiritually renewed.

Lisa is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, has a Level II Reiki Initiation, and learned Craniosacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute. As passionate as she is about massage and getting into muscle tissue, the energy work and Craniosacral Therapy reminds her that there is balance to all things, and that light touch therapy is often just as important to a healing body as deeper work.
Jeff is a 2009 graduate from The Massage School here in Acton. Jeff believes that massage is an important component of a holistic approach to health.He intends for each session to be a unique contribution to the client’s own sacred journey towards Wellness. His specialty is Therapeutic (Deep Tissue) Massage, paying close attention to the client’s comfort and direction. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys walking, biking and wilderness exploring and spending time with his two kids. He also enjoys reading, and is a casual student of History, Philosophy, Spirituality. He’s genuinely interested in the evolution of every Soul. Jeff has a keen interest in nutrition and various meditation practices for a healthy body/mind/spirit. Jeff lives in Harvard, MA.
